Hogan Lovells is one of the most desirable employers for graduates; sending their staff on rotations through New York, Paris and Hong Kong. Hogan Lovells wanted

to attract highly intellectual applications; only the top 5% of a given year group. A series of engaging films were distributed via social media and other digital promotions. Hogan Lovells received over 1,500 hundred entries and were happy with the quality of candidate.
