MSP Services

Where clients wish to engage a temporary or cyclical workforce within HR, whether that be for graduate recruitment, lateral hiring or shared services – we provide managed on-site staffing solutions. Typically organisations engage these services where permanent headcount is restricted and/or they wish to maintain flexibility of team size throughout the course of the year. At a number of clients we provide ‘on-site’ staff, who are payrolled and employed by our agency. We work closely with clients to both evaluate and select these staff and to create a desirable solution for clients in terms of performance and day-to-day line management. We conduct qualitative and quantitative research for our clients, including bespoke market research. Recent projects include; employee engagement surveys, communications audits, employee branding and recruitment surveys.

Diversity research: Having designed and implemented diversity surveys for global financial and FMCG firms, we have the capability to run the entire process – from survey design, through to analysis and interpretation.

Focus groups: These can be on any topic with selected groups. For example, employees vs. potential employees.
